Deep crimson with a dark purple core. Blackcurrant, blackberry and plum and a hint of cedar and spice on the nose.

Full and concentrated. Dark and rustic. Fine, structured tannin, fresh acid. Oak adds savoury depth and a little chocolate. No mint. No eucalypt. Rich cassis and dark berry all the way. Long finish. Fruit purity and balance. Coonawarra Cabernet with grunt, not the gum-leaf.
