Sevenhill Sangiovese. Extended maceration. Bright cherry red. Redcurrant and savoury dark cherry, then starfruit and delicate orange blossom.

Medium-bodied, ripe, full and round. Vibrant cherry on crisp acid, ripe savoury tannin and a lick of liquorice. Fresh and energetic through the middle, a savoury edge keeping it honest. Long clean finish of red fruits and spice. Pizza wine.
