Deep ruby with a vivid purple heart. A bright, seductive lift of blackberry, black cherry and ripe plum rises from the glass, joined by dark chocolate, kitchen spices and a gentle whisper of oak.
Medium-bodied yet richly layered, it delivers waves of juicy black and blue fruits across a generous mid-palate. Mineral tannins give grip and length, while the region’s signature freshness keeps the fruit richness lively and balanced. Earthy spice, blackcurrants, chocolate and well-integrated oak weave through to a long robust finish. Subtle flinty and savoury notes add Clare character. Always a favourite of ours.
