Very limited release. Reserve fruit, eight years on and still humming. Traditional method Pinot, long lees time, and it has the detail to show for it. Light blush with a fine, persistent bead. Red apple, strawberry and citrus, then toasted almond, brioche and a yeasty, savoury edge.

Fresh and dry. White stone fruit through a creamy middle, peach-skin texture, soft Hills acidity keeping dry. Long finish of citrus, nut and a little ginger. Still lively. Still serious.
