Aromas of ripe raspberry, blackberry and red plum are lifted by dried herbs, cracked pepper and subtle dark chocolate. The palate is ripe and medium to full-bodied. Beautifully layered, combining vibrant red fruit with darker berry richness and a luscious savoury component. Fine-grained tannins provide structure with bright acidity maintaining energy. Hints of spice, dark cherry and earthy savouriness build through the mid-palate, leading to a long structured finish. This is bold and also a great glass of wine.
