The serious Shiraz. Dark fruit, chocolate and a long finish that does not clock off.

Deep crimson with a purple core. Blackberry, black plum and blueberry, then dark chocolate, liquorice, cracked pepper and a little cedar. Rich and full. Concentrated fruit on powerful, polished tannin. Plum and blackberry through the middle, mocha, cocoa and savoury spice coming in behind. Oak in its place, acid underneath the weight. Exceptionally long finish of dark fruit, pepper and chocolate.
