From a tough year in Eden Valley to get Riesling ripe, Thorn-Clarke have pulled it off.

Pale straw with a green glint. Fresh lime, lemon zest and green apple, then white flower and a mineral flicker. Crisp and energetic. Lime and grapefruit drive the middle, orchard fruit underneath, acid keeping it taut. Fine mineral line, dry, lingering finish of citrus and green apple.

Fresh and zesty.
