liquorice and dark chocolate, with finely integrated oak adding depth. The palate follows through with concentrated blackberry and plum, supported by notes of cocoa, fine polished tannins and balanced acidity. Hints of black pepper, tea leaf and minerality build through the mid-palate, while a fresh yet rustic savoury edge adds complexity. The finish is long, dense and persistent, with impressive drive and control.
