The aromatics are dark and brooding, with blackberry, black plum and blackcurrant layered with liquorice, dark chocolate, spice and an earthy mineral edge.

The palate is rich and full-bodied, with generous dark fruit sitting over firm, savoury tannins. Blackberry and plum carry through the middle, joined by mocha, liquorice and warm spice, while a mineral thread adds definition.

There is classic Greenock Creek power here, but also freshness and shape. The tannins are firm and the fruit carries confidently into a long, dark and savoury finish.
