A combination of Old Vines and whole bunch fermentation provides an energetic medium-bodied palate, delivering flowing red and dark berry fruit with fine tannins and spice building through the mid-palate. Grenache provides brightness and perfume, Shiraz brings mid palate richness, while Mataro adds savoury structure and texture. The finish is long and vibrant with lingering spice and red fruit persistence. A vibrant and beautifully composed GSM.
