Seven years in bottle have softened this Shiraz nicely. The aroma shows blackberry, dark plum and subtle savoury notes. Bottle age has added leather, earth and dried herb complexity.

On the palate it is medium-bodied and soft, with gentle tannins and lively acidity keeping things fresh. Dark fruit and savoury spice build through the mid-palate. This is a well-aged, approachable Shiraz with fine tannins.
