Being a South Aussie, I have long been a fan of Sew & Sew’s Fiano …. one of the early leaders championing this variety in Australia alongside Serafino. This 2024 is lifted and aromatic, showing white peach, pear and lemon zest woven with wild herbs, honeysuckle and delicate citrus blossom.

On the palate it is medium-bodied and vibrant, with honeysuckle acidity supporting ripe orchard fruit and citrus flavours. A subtle savoury edge adds robust complexity, while the wine finishes clean and beautifully balanced.
