The colour is spot on for a Pinot Gris in my book and by the look, no skin contact has been necessary. Pale straw with brilliant green reflections. Aromas of nashi pear, white peach and citrus blossom are enhanced by crisp apple and delicate spice. The palate is light to medium-bodied with juicy pear, ripe apple and citrus flavours. Soft acidity and a rounded texture lead into a clean, refreshing finish.
