Deeply coloured and powerfully built, this is a concentrated and expressive Barossa Shiraz. The aroma is rich and layered, showing blackberry, blueberry and ripe plum woven with cracked pepper, baking spice and cedar. Dark fruit and French oak are well matched from the outset.

On the palate it is full-bodied and robust, with fine, sinewy tannins giving excellent structure and drive. Dark berry fruit sits confidently alongside notes of dark chocolate, liquorice and savoury spice, while vibrant acidity adds energy, precision and balance. The finish is long and resonant, with the oak standing firmly beside the fruit, adding grip and depth without overtaking the wine’s regional character.
