Pale straw, green flash. Lime, lemon zest and green apple hit first, then white florals and citrus blossom. A little mineral underneath. It smells like it wants to be drunk.

Crisp, tight, no fat. Lime and lemon on lively acid, with a soft mineral texture. Green apple keeps the middle fresh. Minerality gives it shape. Fruit and acid in balance, so it has bounce. Finish is clean and long, citrus and florals still there. Proper Clare Riesling. Bright, floral, and the kind of glass that disappears.
