Deep crimson with a dark purple core.

Ripe plum, blackberry and dark cherry, layered with cracked pepper and mint. Hints of suede, leather and dark chocolate add a savoury dimension.

Substantial and richly textured. Concentrated plum and blackberry wrapped in velvet-like richness, with a firm spread of grippy tannins. Dark fruits and spice build through the middle. Four years of oak contribute toasted, savoury complexity and considerable weight. Fruit, oak and tannin work together. The finish is long, dry and persistent, with blackcurrant fruit and savoury rustic shearing shed characters lingering.
