Pale straw with brilliant clarity.
The aroma is intensely lifted, showing lime blossom, kaffir lime and white florals, layered with slatey mineral notes typical of Polish Hill River.
The palate is tightly wound and precise, delivering piercing lime juice and green apple flavours driven by vibrant, mouth-watering acidity. A fine talc-like texture adds structure and length. The finish is dry, linear and exceptionally persistent.
With time in bottle, it will develop complex toast and honeyed nuances while retaining its backbone.
