The palate is fresh yet textural, delivering stone fruit flavours supported by crisp acidity and gentle creaminess through the mid-palate. Oak is finely integrated, adding depth and savoury complexity. There is excellent balance between richness and freshness. The finish is clean, precise and lingering.
