Gotta love a proper Botrytis! This is the style of wine my kids learn about at school and get genuinely excited by… if only they were the ones doing the entertaining at dinner parties.

Brilliant golden amber in the glass. Apricot, marmalade and honey lead the charge, joined by orange peel, dried pineapple and a touch of delicate spice. On the palate it’s luscious and generous, with candied citrus, peach and toffee, all held in check by vibrant acidity. Exceptional length and freshness for a 16-year-old wine.

A real cracker.
