Hand leaf-plucked and hand-picked Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented slowly in stainless steel and spent 48 days on skins before 24 months in 100% French oak, then blended with premium Merlot, Cabernet Franc and a touch of Malbec. The palate is soft yet savoury and complex, with rich blueberry fruit rolling across seamless texture and firm but approachable tannins. Subtle chocolate and cheesecake crumb notes add warmth and depth, while tobacco leaf, coriander seed and wild mushroom weave through the dark fruit core. It finishes with good length and poise, gaining further lift and expansiveness with time in the decanter.
