Pale straw with green highlights. Aromas of lime zest, green pear and white peach are joined by fresh herbs and a light sea-spray minerality. There is also a hint of bottle age, similar to classic aged Riesling.

The palate is crisp and energetic with flavours of citrus, pear and nectarine. Fresh acidity drives the wine, while a subtle saline edge adds length and refreshment. Dry, vibrant and slightly salty, just perfect with sardines on crusty bread, drilled with olive oil.
