Bright pale straw with green highlights. The aromatics are white peach and nectarine in the lead, backed by lemon curd, grapefruit zest and a touch of roasted cashew. On the palate it’s beautifully textured and creamy, with stone fruit, citrus and ripe melon rolling across a fine lees influence. Well-integrated French oak supports, while bright natural acidity keeps everything in check. Hints of nougat, vanilla bean and mineral notes linger through to a persistent finish.
