Bright ruby red. Lifted aromatics of dark cherry, blackberry and wild plum are supported by fragrant violet, cracked black pepper and exotic spice. There is an attractive savoury edge beneath the fruit, with hints of olive tapenade, dried herbs and subtle charcuterie adding intrigue.

The palate is medium-bodied showcasing raspberry red fruits wrapped around silky tannins and supported by vibrant natural acidity. Layers of black pepper, spice and savoury complexity build through the mid-palate, while the finish remains fresh and impressively persistent. A Syrah with delightful elegance.
