The palate is medium bodied, combining vibrant Grenache red fruit with the darker berry richness of Shiraz and savoury complexity from Mataro. Robust tannins provide structure while bright acidity keeps the wine fresh and energetic. Hints of spice, dark chocolate and earthy herbs build through the mid-palate before a textured savoury finish.
