Bright, translucent ruby. Aromatically precise showing red cherry, wild strawberry, layered with subtle spice and a light savoury, forest-floor note. Gentle whole-bunch influence lends lift and complexity without overt herbal character.

The palate is medium-bodied, finely structured and linear, driven by bright, acidity and fine strawberry like tannins. Red fruit purity is supported by discreet oak and savoury nuances of spice, earth and stem-derived texture. Excellent balance and tension, with clarity of fruit, restraint and a long, mineral, tapering finish.
