A deeply coloured Cabernet with saturated crimson hues, showing the hallmark elegance and power of Coonawarra.
The nose is alluring and explosive with layers of blackcurrant, mulberry, and red cherry gliding alongside notes of cedar, dried tobacco, and gentle oak spice. Very impressive!
The palate is finely structured and beautifully balanced. Supple yet firm tannins frame a core of vibrant dark fruits, with fresh acidity giving precision and length. Hints of bay leaf, mocha, and spice provide regional complexity. The finish is long, persistent, and beautifully poised. A classic expression of Coonawarra Cabernet with modern refinement.
