Bright and red-fruited, with raspberry and red cherry leading the way. The fruit tastes natural and unforced, not knowing but wild fermentation and organic origins add to the wine’s appeal. A subtle sulfide edge brings intrigue and a slightly wild, savoury character. The palate continues on; soft, supple and medium-bodied, with juicy red fruits, gentle spice and fine tannins. It is deliberately outside the mainstream.  Edgy and modern.
