Vandenberg ‘Ari Gold’ Chardonnay 2026, Limestone Coast

The Ari Collection honours Ari Vandenberg, a young Dutch merchant sailor who landed on the Limestone Coast in 1857 after his ship was wrecked near Robe. One of only nine survivors, he stayed and built a new life in South Australia.

Pale straw with bright golden hues. Peachy and creamy, with grapefruit, rockmelon and nutty oak. White peach and a soft lemon zest vibe. Similar to the 2025, with ripe nectarine, toasted cashew and subtle vanilla.

Medium-bodied. Generous stone fruit, creamy texture and refreshing citrus acidity. Hints of roasted almond, gentle oak spice and minerality. The finish is creamy and lingering.
