Albacore Chardonnay 2025, McLaren Vale

Pale straw with brilliant golden highlights. Aromas of white peach, ripe nectarine and lemon zest are layered with grapefruit, roasted cashew and subtle vanilla oak. The palate is medium-bodied with generous stone fruit flavours, creamy texture and vibrant citrus acidity. Hints of toasted almond, gentle oak spice and minerality add complexity. Reminds me of the 1996 Mount Adam Chardonnay from Eden Valley it’s that good!
