Bright straw. Lemon, white peach and nectarine, with citrus blossom, subtle flint and gentle creamy oak. Medium-bodied and finely textured. Generous stone fruit and citrus, fresh acidity and a subtle savoury line. Creamy oak and mineral add depth. The finish is long, rich, buttery and delightful. It calls to mind the super-premium Chardonnays from nearby Mountadam in the mid-1990s.
