Pale straw, and immediately alive and expressive. Apple and pear, with lemon and lime nuances. Fresh, crunchy and flavoursome. A touch of mid-palate fruit sweetness adds generosity without taking away from the freshness. The texture stays soft and easy flowing. The finish is clean and gently mineral, with a soft lime cordial character lingering.
