Brilliant pale gold. Preserved lemon and fresh citrus first, then green olive and a fine herbal line.

Fresh, vibrant and layered. Bright citrus, a creamy nuttiness, and a slight hemp texture through the middle. Partial malolactic, lees and French oak give a silky rounded feel. Fine acidity keeps it honest. The finish is persistent and refreshing, citrus and soft savoury oak hanging on.
