Deep, dark and wonderfully distinctive, the nose bursts with blackberry, black cherry and blueberry layered with violet, exotic spice and earthy ironstone complexity.

The palate is medium to full-bodied with dense dark fruit flowing through the entry before fine tannins and savoury spice tighten the wine into a long and structured frame. Notes of plum, liquorice and dark (x2) chocolate build through the mid-palate with impressive persistence, while fresh acidity keeps the wine energetic. The finish is powerful, savoury and deeply flavoured with lingering dark fruit, spice and tea like tannins.
