A generous and expressive Clare Valley Shiraz from the excellent 2021 vintage, showing richness and regional definition. Aromatics of blackberry, dark plum and cherry are layered with dark chocolate, aniseed and bay leaf.

The palate is plush and full-bodied, with ripe dark fruits flowing through a smooth, generous frame. Fine tannins and well-handled oak provide polish, while notes of plum, black cherry, chocolate and spice build through the mid-palate. There is good depth and concentration, finishing long and savoury.
