Deep crimson with a dense purple core. Blackberry, plum and dark cherry, then cracked pepper, chocolate and a little savoury spice. Medium to full. Generous dark fruit, fine tannin, acid in the right place. Oak brings mocha and spice without sitting on the fruit. Long, polished finish of blackberry, plum and pepper. BBQ Shiraz.
