Spontaneous fermentation in raw concrete truncated-cone vats with native yeast for about 13 days (max 28°C), followed by one year in large untoasted casks and bottle ageing.

Deep ruby red. The nose is complex and inviting, showing sour cherry, blueberry and plum, followed by coffee, liquorice and leather nuances. Powerful yet elegant on the palate, it offers beautiful texture with gentle tannins and lively freshness. Blueberry and dark fruit interweave with savoury notes, carrying through to a long, refined finish of liquorice and cocoa.

A well-balanced blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah (13.5% alc).
