Slightly cloudy in the glass; bold and beautiful. It’s clearly unfiltered, with all the goodness beening left in the bottle. Gentle floral notes lift the aromatics, with cool red and green cherries, soft savoury spices and bright black cherry and dark berry fruit. The Shiraz brings vibrancy and perfume, while the Mataro adds earthy spice, structure and length. Medium-bodied, fruit-forward and exceptionally balanced, with fine savoury tannins and lively natural acidity. Matured in large-format oak, it keeps real freshness and site expression.
