Clear crimson with vibrant ruby hues. The nose is charming and lifted with red cherry, rose petal and a touch of cinnamon donut sweetness with pretty floral notes. On the palate it’s medium-bodied and well balanced, offering bright red cherry fruit, orange rind zest and red currant depth. Earthy minerality, savoury spice and fine tannins give it shape, while a slight string bean / stalky edge adds classic Adelaide Hills character. The finish is long, textured and smashable.
