Eight at the Gate Sparkling Blanc NV, Wrattonbully

Made from three different Chardonnay clones. Pale straw with a fine, persistent bead. Aromas of green apple, white peach and lemon blossom are complemented by brioche, roasted almond and subtle citrus zest. The flavour is crisp combining vibrant citrus and orchard fruit with a delicate mid palate richness. Fine bubbles and bright acidity create excellent balance before a long, dry finish.
