Pale gold with brilliant light straw hues. Aromas of white peach, nectarine and lemon curd are complemented by roasted cashew, subtle vanilla and finely judged French oak. I love the pure and natural flavours in these wines. The palate is medium-bodied with generous stone fruit flavours, creamy texture and vibrant citrus acidity. Hints of lime combine with toasted almond and flint add complexity before a delightfully persistent finish. Super impressive fruit and winemaking.
