The Cabernet provides structure and focus, while the Malbec adds richness, perfume and plush texture. The palate is medium to full-bodied with impressive balance and composure. Dense dark fruit flows through the entry before fine tannins tighten the wine into a savoury, structured frame. Layers of blackcurrant, mocha and spice unfold through the mid-palate with excellent depth and persistence, finishing long and polished with lingering dark fruit complexity. Delicious ten year old vino!
