Lock & Key Cabernet Sauvignon 2009, Hilltops

Lock & Key Cabernet Sauvignon 2009, Hilltops

Beautifully mature and wonderfully complex, revealing cassis, blackberry and dark plum layered with tobacco, cedar, leather and earthy spice. Extended bottle age has added sophistication and depth while preserving impressive fruit character.

17 years young, the palate is medium to full-bodied with silky tannins and seamless integration. Mature black fruit flavours are supported by notes of cocoa, dried herbs and savoury oak, unfolding through a long and elegant frame.

Vino Masters Score: 96 / 100
★★★★★ A superbly aged Cabernet Sauvignon showcasing elegance, complexity and remarkable longevity.
