Wild, free and a little funky, a Katana with personality, where ripe stone fruit and cream meet tropical lift and a clean mineral edge.

Pale straw with a green-gold glint. The nose is open with peach and creamy citrus, folded through pineapple and a distinctive durian-like tropical funk, with a cool thread of minerality underneath. The palate is medium-bodied, 13% and finely balanced. Peachy cream and citrus sit over that wild-ferment energy; pineapple and a savoury mineral line keep it lively. Distinctive Adelaide Hills Chardonnay with generosity and texture.
