Deep inky ruby with a vibrant purple rim in the glass. The nose is bold and opulent, showcasing a big, ripe dark blackcurrant style with layers of blackberry, plum and mulberry fruit, lifted by generous liquorice, cracked pepper and a touch of dark chocolate.

On the palate it’s full-bodied and seriously powerful at 15.5% alc, yet remains remarkably balanced for its size. Rich, concentrated dark berry and blackcurrant fruit floods the mouth, framed by solid tannins with abundant liquorice and spice notes. Excellent drive, depth and length, finishing with impressive persistence and savoury complexity.
