Magarey Lane Glenroy Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, Coonawarra

Magarey Lane Glenroy Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, Coonawarra

Deep, polished and unmistakably Coonawarra, this Cabernet Sauvignon opens with lifted aromas of blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry, layered with dark chocolate, cedar, subtle mint and finely judged oak.

The palate is concentrated, structured and beautifully balanced, delivering blackcurrant, ripe plum and cherry with a savoury edge of cocoa, spice and dried herbs. Medium to full-bodied, it shows impressive depth with fine tannins giving the wine shape and length. The oak is seamlessly integrated, supporting the fruit with polish and refinement rather than dominance.

The finish is long, confident and persistent, carrying dark fruit, chocolate, mint and cedar through a finely structured close. A serious and expressive Coonawarra Cabernet with richness and balance.
