Deep garnet with brick-red highlights. This mature Barossa Shiraz reveals aromas of blackcurrant, dark plum and ripe blackberry, complemented by earthy spice, smoky oak and hints of cedar.
At 15.5% alcohol, it is full-bodied and richly layered. The palate combines dark berries with coffee bean, integrated oak and firm, mature tannins. Balanced acidity maintains freshness, while the extended finish carries lingering spice, liquorice and black pepper. A structured, mature expression of Barossa Shiraz with excellent depth and balance. Looking great for a nine-year-old wine.
