Rich blackberry and dark plum roll across a dense, concentrated palate, joined by roasted coffee bean, dark chocolate and a distinctive Sambuca-like liquorice character. Firm, mature tannins provide plenty of grip, while integrated oak and balanced acidity hold everything together. The finish is long, warming and deeply satisfying, with lingering dark fruits, mocha and savoury spice.
