The wine shows excellent drive through the mid-palate, with acidity giving energy and tension while maintaining composure. Oak is fully integrated, contributing polish and texture. The structure is architectural balanced, controlled and purposeful.

The finish is long, dry and persistent with lingering savoury grip. Delicious!
