Blackberry, dark plum and blueberry aromas are layered with espresso, dark chocolate, cracked pepper, baking spice and subtle earthy notes. Traditionally open fermented, gently pressed and matured in French oak for almost two years, the palate is full-bodied and deeply concentrated, with dense black and blue fruits, licorice and cocoa building through the wine.
