Sourced from the premium Wilyabrup sub-region and crafted from the renowned Houghton clone, this 2024 Cabernet was matured for 14 months in 35% new French oak, and it shows!

It explodes with vibrant layers of lifted berry and plum fruit, showing superb concentration right from the first pour. Bright crimson with a deep core, the nose is fragrant and captivating, full of cassis, red cherry, blackcurrant leaf, cedar, graphite and bay leaf.

The palate is brilliant; medium to full-bodied with excellent drive and purity. Juicy dark berries and plush plum fruit are framed by fine, chalky tannins and vibrant acidity that gives the wine incredible lift and length. A savoury, slightly herbal thread adds beautiful complexity, while the finish is long, refined and mouth-watering.

This is a seriously impressive Margaret River Cabernet, polished, energetic and loaded with class. It drinks beautifully now but has the structure and pedigree to age gracefully for many years.
